This CD really expands the awareness. I listen to this CD almost every night and have been for 6 months (one first part you hear music, on the last track you hear nothing.). Good stuff and hygly recommended.The CD come with a brochure and the quality of the CD is great. This worked for me.

I have just today received the CD from Sprudio. Over the course of its shipment they contacted me twice to ensure it had arrived promptly–so kudos on the customer support!! I cannot attest to its’ intended purpose yet, however, the music is wonderful and deeply relaxing. That is saying something coming from an insomniac. I rested well without meds for the first time in a while. It was worth the price for that alone. I have nothing bad to say about this product thus far and do not forsee that I shall. Definately worth your time.
