This is a high quality product. It has high quality production value not only in the way it sounds but the way it looks. It is instrumental music over nature sounds with subliminals. Some listeners say they can hear something that sounds like static. The manufacturer says this is the part of the subliminal you can hear but can’t consciously access to understand. I have played this CD on two of my machines and can’t hear anything that sounds like static.

it was a pleasant surprise to find myself more agreeable as well as tolerant of others having a “bad day”. Quite often use as music to wait by because of the soothing gentle music.
