I play it all night long for my son who was diagnosed with ADHD. He usually get up several times through out the night, but with the CD playing, I’ve noticed that has stopped. Unfortunately, after 2 months of playing/listening to it, I don’t see any improvement on his ability to focus and he’s still super energetic. I am opposed to medication so I try everything I can not to go there. Even if this CD does not appear to be helping in that department, I will continue to use anyway. It helps him sleep better and maybe someday, the CD will agree with it’s title. I have yet to see the day. Blessings.

I am not sure if it is my imagination or not it appears to me when I listen to this subliminal CD I am more focused and can get more chores done.
